Payment Policies
Payment can be made by Certified Check, Money Order, Bank Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card. Outside US, please send US Dollars on a US Bank or Bank Wire Transfer.

Layaway Policies
A 25% Non-Refundable deposit will hold any guitar for 30 days! Layaway plan voids approval period.

Return Policies
Upon receipt if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped (except for layaways and COD's). Customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and bank charges that may occur.

Shipping Policies
We usually ship by FedEx or UPS. With the high quality of instruments that we offer it is recommended that you use this safe and reliable method of shipping. On special request, we will try to accommodate all special shipping requests. All shipments are fully insured. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and any bank charges, including any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
